In this study, MDS is adopted to simulate the structures of two kinds of metalloprotein, one is Metallothionein (MT), and the other is Cytochrome P450 (CYP).

本文采用该法进行了两类含有金属离子的蛋白的结构模拟，其一金属硫蛋白、其胞色素 P450。
