Objective To discuss the therapeutic effectiveness of intrathecal injection plus needle and scalpel on strictured tenosynovitis of finger flexor tendon.

目的探加针刀治疗指屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎疗效。

The results showed that the scalpel has the properties of cutting,vaporization and coagula tion,and its advantage allows it to cut and vaporize brain tissue and coagulate vessels simutaneously.

结果表本手术器不但具有割、汽化和凝固的特性，而且具有在割和汽化的同时凝固血管的优点。
