If The Premise is not tenantable during the period of repair or remedy, the rent fees for the period shall be deducted, or the tenancy period shall be extended accordingly.

逾期不维修的，代为维修，费用由甲承担。因维修房屋严重影响用的，应相应减少租金或延长租赁期限。
