If The Premise is not tenantable during the period of repair or remedy, the rent fees for the period shall be deducted, or the tenancy period shall be extended accordingly.

逾修的，乙方可代为修，费用由甲方承担。因修房屋严重影响乙方使用的，应相应减租金或延长租赁限。
